I say this about 100 times a day. (Well, only the first part.) It's just one of my many duties that comes with my job as a cashier at Sears. When I began this job last summer, the last thing I expected was Sears-crazed managers talking about my future here in 2028, and customers who tried to haggle over a quarter. I couldn't make this stuff up if I tried.

I wanted to start a blog so that regular people could share in the humor that I enjoy every day. I like to call it retail hell. Yes, the stories are hard to believe, but every one of these things has happened, sometimes multiple times. I can tell you, I don't get paid enough to write this blog.
